ServiceScaler helps Australian organisations move from AI curiosity to real, confident adoption. We do not sell hype. We deliver practical AI that works inside real businesses.
Most organisations we work with are at one of three points. Either they have AI tools that are not delivering the value they expected, or they know AI matters but are not sure what to do about it, or they have a specific, complex problem that off-the-shelf AI cannot solve.
Depending on where you are, we can help with hands-on training, strategic adoption planning, integration work, or a custom AI build. Each stands on its own. Taken together, they make a path from AI awareness to everyday capability.

Director
Tristan leads strategy and technical direction at ServiceScaler. He works with leadership teams on AI adoption roadmaps and oversees custom AI and integration engagements.
Rob Dawson
Business Development and AI Training Lead
Rob works with clients from first conversation through to delivery. He leads AI Training sessions alongside Skye and is a primary contact for organisations scoping the Masterclass. Rob was named Outstanding Business Leader at the 2024 Business Hunter Awards.
Skye Harvey
Training and Enablement Lead
Skye co-delivers AI Training sessions with Rob and drives content and enablement for client teams. She focuses on turning AI capability into everyday practice.

Operations
Kelly keeps engagements running smoothly from scoping through to handover. She is usually the first person clients hear from after a consultation.
